1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all pest control services (“Services”) provided by PEM Bird and Pest Solutions (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to you (“the Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
By booking or receiving our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We provide pest control and prevention services for residential, commercial, and industrial premises as agreed upon in the quotation or service proposal.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices are inclusive of labour and materials unless specified.

Additional charges may apply for unforeseen infestations, additional areas, or follow-up treatments not included in the original quote.

Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon first visit or before, unless agreed in writing otherwise.

We accept cash, bank transfer

Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge on outstanding balances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide clear access to areas requiring treatment.

Follow all safety and preparation instructions given by the technician.

Keep pets, children, and vulnerable persons away from treated areas as advised.

Not interfere with traps, baits, or equipment installed by us.
Failure to follow instructions may reduce treatment effectiveness and void any guarantees.
6. Health and Safety
All pesticides and chemicals used comply with UK regulations and industry standards.
We take reasonable care to ensure safety, but we are not liable for adverse effects resulting from failure to follow post-treatment guidelines.
7. Guarantees
Where stated, certain treatments may include a limited guarantee period.
Guarantees are voided if:

Recommended hygiene or proofing advice is not followed;

Additional infestations are introduced; or
-
Work areas are disturbed without our consent.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a call-out fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technician illness, safety concerns).
9. Liability
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues to property.

Indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of business, profit, or reputation).

Pest activity reoccurring after the guarantee period or outside treated areas.
Our total liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.
10. Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during service booking and delivery is stored securely and used only to provide our Services in accordance with data protection laws.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
